This one-year Bible reading plan is created to help you build a daily rhythm of reading Scripture, meditating on God’s Word, and praying with intention. Rather than rushing through multiple chapters, this plan gently encourages you to slow down and sit with a single passage—sometimes even just a few verses. The goal isn’t to read quickly, but to be transformed.

Each day is thoughtfully designed to help you linger in God’s Word, listen for the Spirit’s leading, and allow God’s truth to shape your heart, mind, and everyday life.

Every day includes:

  • A short meditation to prepare your heart to hear from the Holy Spirit
  • A Scripture passage to read
  • A devotional thought from Seek First Resources Co-founder Nicole Smithee
  • Reflection questions to help you dig deeper
  • A prayer and application prompt

You can complete this in as little as 15 minutes, or take more time to read, pray, and journal at your own pace. Over the course of the year, you’ll read all four Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John), four epistles (Romans, 1 Corinthians, Galatians, and James), and portions of Psalms and Proverbs. But more importantly, you’ll develop the life-giving, life-long habits of seeking God daily through His Word, prayer, and journaling.
