Bible Verses to Meditate on When Feeling Anxious

At different times in life, we all experience anxiety. You may be worrying about a certain area of your life or feel overwhelmed with anxiety at the moment. When you find yourself anxious about situations and potential outcomes in your life, you can always turn to scripture to renew your mind to truth.*

When you meditate on scripture, the Holy Spirit will bring you comfort, peace, and hope. Below are scriptures you can read, reflect on, pray about and memorize to help you combat worry and anxiety.

 

6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
