Cancellation policy

Subscribe & Save plans renew automatically. Quarterly plans are charged and shipped every 3 months. Annual plans are charged once a year, and all four journals ship together in one box.

You can skip a delivery, pause, or cancel at any time from the link in your subscription emails or from your account. Sign in with your email and the one-time code we send you; no password needed. Changes made before your next billing date take effect on that renewal. Orders that have already been charged ship as normal and follow our standard return policy.

We'll email you 3 days before each renewal. If a payment fails, we'll retry and let you know. If your chosen color is out of stock at renewal, we'll reach out about an alternate color or a short delay.

Subscription discounts and free shipping apply only to subscription orders and can't be combined with discount codes.
