Scriptures to Experience God as Your Heavenly Father

Father’s Day is quickly approaching in the U.S., and on this day we honor the fathers in our world who have loved, raised, believed in, and shaped us into the people we are today. Dads, grandpas, uncles, and big brothers are often unsung heroes, and their consistent presence, strength, and loyalty is truly life-giving and life-changing! 

Perhaps, this Father’s Day is a day of celebration for you. Maybe this holiday is filled with mixed feelings that include grief, loss, and pain. Scripture speaks to the myriad of emotions we feel, and brings both encouragement and comfort to our hearts. 

Below is a list of scriptures to remind you of your Heavenly Father’s love for you and His blessing over you. We pray you are strengthened and comforted with each and every verse!
