Women in the Word

Women in the Word is a 40-day Bible reading plan and devotional that invites you to encounter God through the lives of women in Scripture. From well-known figures to those often overlooked, each day highlights lessons of faith, courage, obedience, and trust in the midst of real-life struggles.

As you journey through these stories, you’ll not only be encouraged by their faith, you’ll also gain a deeper understanding of how the Lord consistently cares for, values, and empowers women. Their stories reveal a God who sees, strengthens, and works through women in every season.

Every day features a different woman from the Bible and includes:

• a key scripture verse from her story to meditate on
• a short biography to get to know her
• a Scripture passage(s) to read
• a short devotional thought to inspire your faith
• reflection questions to help you dig deeper
• a prayer and application prompt

You will also find a list of biblical affirmations at the end of this book. We pray that as you read, meditate and memorize these passages of scripture, you grow in your understanding of God’s love for you and your mind is renewed by truth. 

You can complete this plan in as little as 15 minutes a day, or take more time to read, pray, and journal at your own pace.
